Spring Grove Village borders several neighborhoods such Northside and Clifton and is known for Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum, which is the second largest cemetery in the country.
Formerly known as Winton Place, the neighborhood has been undergoing some changes. The Village Development Corporation in Spring Grove Village recently announced a plan to restore the blight and abandoned property on Orient Avenue.
