New Vision UMC Presents Their 7th Halle-Bration

Combine the words hallelujah and celebration and you have the name of one of the area's largest holiday markets and community festivals, Halle-Bration. Now in its 7^th year, co-chair Kathye Lewis Norman tells Elaine Diehl how the two-day event combines shopping, local businesses, entertainment, food, kids' activities, and health into a fun holiday event at New Vision UMC on Reading Road.
