Free composting to end for the season

Colder weather means you don't have to mow your lawn for a few months. And the approach of winter means there will soon be fewer leaves falling from the trees. The Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste District is preparing to close its yard waste collection sites. Except for two dates after Christmas, the three sites will close for the season after November 23.
