The City of Cincinnati is putting together a task force to review the city’s charter. This will be the first comprehensive review of the charter since it was adopted nearly ninety years ago. Cincinnati Council Member Kevin Flynn, chair of the Council Rules & Audit Committee, joins us to discuss the review, and how it will be carried out.
