Environmental Sustainability Turns 50 At Miami University

Before the U.S. had the Environmental Protection Agency, and before the country recognized its first official Earth Day, Miami University in Oxford, Ohio was already on the case. The college's Institute for the Environment and Sustainability is turning 50.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to take a look at the impact are Miami University Institute for the Environment and Sustainability Director and Geology and Environmental Earth Science Associate Professor Jonathan Levy, PhD; Master's in Environmental Science student Joycelyn Swamidoss; and Duke Energy Environmental Scientist Miami alumna Tammy Jett.
