Jun 3, 2021

COVID-related restrictions are easing and people are venturing out again. But even as our masks come off, many in Greater Cincinnati are still struggling with the economic fallout of the global pandemic that has dominated the last year.

Now, an effort by the Community Action Agency of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, in partnership with the city of Cincinnati, looks to leverage $6 million in federal funds to help those struggling to pay rent, mortgages, utilities and other expenses due to the pandemic.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss the Home Relief Program are Community Action Agency of Cincinnati and Hamilton County President and CEO Mark Lawson and CAA client Shawn Trammell.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
