Colleges are preparing for a new school year that will be like no other.

Face masks, temperature checks and online courses, the fall semester is overshadowed by a pandemic. At the University of Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky University, some classes will be held in-person while others will be virtual. Students and faculty will be required to wear masks on campus.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss campus life are Northern Kentucky University President Dr. Ashish Vaidya; University of Cincinnati Vice Provost for Enrollment Management Jack Miner; UC Freshman Jadyn Riggs; and Ohio State University Sophomore Hannah Bird.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
