As the impeachment process ramps up in Washington, D.C. with the first public hearings held this week, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) joins Cincinnati Edition to weigh in.

Brown also discusses his recent urging of the builder Ryan Homes to remove forced arbitration clauses from its contracts following a series of reports about the homebuilders by USA Today, as well as his push to create a national network of African American burial grounds, and bipartisan legislation that the senator says will improve access to resources for foster families.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
