Same sex marriage was legalized 10 years ago. But for couples who had children before that time, custody disputes get complicated. On Cincinnati Edition, we look at a parental rights case in the Ohio Supreme Court.

Then, some Republican lawmakers in Ohio are looking to tighten citizen-led petitions with changes that could make it tougher to get those efforts to the ballot.
