New book about Urban Exploration

Apr 19, 2013

Urban exploration is a term for seeking out those hidden gems within metropolitan areas…to see what others who live and work in a city may never see. (For example, the unfinished subway beneath Central Parkway here in Cincinnati.) Moses Gates has explored some of the world’s largest cities and has compiled some of those stories in a new book, Hidden Cities: Travels to the Secret Corners of the World's Great Metropolises; A Memoir of Urban Exploration, and he’s on the phone with Mark Perzel to share some of these adventures.
