GOP presidential candidate Bob Dole travels to Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Detroit and Cleveland this week to campaign. Today in Minneapolis, he spoke at a local Catholic High School about his plans to improve education, including the use of vouchers to help parents choose schools for their children. Dole's trip comes at a time when he is far down in the polls, and Republicans are publicly expressing concerns about the campaign's direction. NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports.
