The shutdown jarred investors, but it did not have the impact it would have had 20 years ago. Joining us for a look at how market trading takes place today and how much has changed during the last two decades are Madelynn Matlock, senior vice president  and portfolio manager with Pioneer InvestmentsJames Miller, chairman and investment advisor at Bartlett; and, Chris DeSimio, a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors in Cincinnati.
