With more workers delaying retirement, today's companies are faced with the challenge of managing employees from multiple generations, from Baby Boomers to members of Generation Z, each with its own set of worldviews, experiences and expectations.

Joining us to discuss the best ways to manage generational issues that can arise in the workplace are Robin Throckmorton, president of Strategic HR and co-author of Bridging the Generation Gap; and Founder and CEO of RainmakerThinking, Bruce Tulgan. His latest book is Not Everyone Gets a Trophy: How to Manage the Millennials.

Bruce Tulgan will be the featured speaker and Robin Throckmorton the facilitator at the Clermont Chamber of Commerce HR Roundtable event, The Great Generational Shift: How to motivate, engage and retain your rising stars. The roundtable takes place on January 24 from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the American Modern Conference Center in Amelia. For more information and to register, click here.
