Social Enterprise As Designed And Practiced By TOMS Shoes

sebastian_fries.jpg

Entrepreneur Blake Mycoskie started TOMS® Shoes in 2006 as a social enterprise with a simple concept: Sell a pair of shoes today, give a pair of shoes tomorrow. Since then TOMS has grown, expanding its global giving efforts to nearly 60 countries across five continents. Sebastian Fries is the former chief giving officer with TOMS and he joins us to talk about operating a social enterprise that makes a difference, in a local community or world-wide.

Sebastian Fries will be the keynote presenter at this year'?s Social Enterprise CINCY Summit on Tuesday, September 1 at Union Terminal. For more information, click here.
