Solutions For Family Homelessness Report Addresses The Continuing Struggles Of Many In Our Area

The number of individuals in Greater Cincinnati experiencing homelessness has dropped in recent years, but there are still far too many men, women and children, entire families, who do not have a safe, secure, stable, place to sleep each night. Recently, more than 60 service organizations came together to create a plan to identify and proactively address the needs of homeless families.

For emergency assistance call the Central Access Point at (513) 381-SAFE (7233). The Central Access Point (CAP) is a centralized intake system for families and individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless. CAP accepts calls from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
