Jazz Performer Kathy Wade and her organization Learning Through Art are presenting the Crown Jewels of Jazz Heritage Festival in Washington Park and Seasongood Pavilion August 21 through 24. Kathy gives some history and a preview of the four day celebration of Jazz.
