St. Patrick's Day celebration expands this year

If you're planning to partake in Cincinnati's celebration of St. Patrick's Day, you'll get an extra day to do so.

Fountain Square will host the official celebration Saturday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. and then it'll continue at Washington Park Sunday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.  There will be traditional Irish fare, dancing and live entertainment at both venues.

Also, the annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade downtown is marching from noon until 3 Saturday.
Downtown street closures start at 10 a.m. and end when the parade is over.

And local police will be keeping an eye out for those who might have celebrated a bit too much this weekend.  The Warren County Sheriff, for example, says extra deputies will be on the road today through Monday.
