Local band in auto accident: community goes into action

The three members of the band Mad Anthony were injured in a June 29th car accident while on tour outside Louisville en route to Evansville, IN.

The musicians, Marc, Ringo and Adam have all returned home to Cincinnati to recover.  Several tour dates have been canceled "with more TBA" according to the band's Facebook page.

Already the community has gone into action to help raise money to help cover medical costs and the cost of replacing any damaged gear and the tour van, which was totaled.

According to a post on CincyMusic.com, a show has already been scheduled for Saturday August 24th at The Southgate House Revival - which will include silent auctions and other fundraisers - and a second show at Mainstay Rock Bar.

Bands and individuals looking to lend their support are asked to email loveformadanthony@gmail.com.
