Experts predict bidders will break a world record when a rare Ferrari 375-Plus is auctioned off Friday in England at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The car, with Cincinnati ties, is expected to go for £10 million. ($17 million)

Cincinnati connection
Cincinnati's Karl Kleve, now deceased, bought the car in the 1950s. It was stolen from his Green Township lot in the 1980s and somehow made its way to Belgium where racecar driver Jacques Swaters, also now dead, claimed a trader sold it to him for $100,000.
Swaters says he paid Kleve more than $600,000 for the car and that Kleve cashed the check. Kleve's daughter says her father never received any money and if Swaters has a canceled check, her dad's signature must have been forged.
In 2010 Swaters sued Kleve's family for the title and parts in Hamilton County. Judge Norbert Nadel decided the car will be auctioned and the families will split the profits.
