U.S. Attorney Ben Glassman will announce the arrest of a Cincinnati Police Captain Friday on yet-to-be disclosed federal charges. A news conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

Our news partner WCPO reports it's believed to be Captain Mike Sevard, who was in charge of the department's Special Services Section. There he oversaw traffic, motorcycles and K-9s. He's been suspended since January.

Scheduled to attend Friday's news conference are Glassman, Special Agent in Charge, IRS Criminal Investigation William Cheung and Police Chief Eliot Isaac.
