Three women are vying to represent the Democratic Party in November's Hamilton County Commission race, hoping to claim the seat previously held by fellow Democrat Todd Portune, who died in January.
In the March 17 primary, former state representatives Alicia Reece and Connie Pillich, and Price Hill advocate Kelli Prather will face their party's voters in hopes of being the Democratic nominee.
All three candidates joined Cincinnati Edition to talk about issues important in the race, such as development along the riverfront, and the county government's relationship with both the city and the Cincinnati Bengals.
Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
