For a third time in recent weeks, a drug company has announced that its vaccine candidate is effective in clinical trials. Now AstraZeneca joins Pfizer and its German partner, BioNTech, along with Moderna in reporting their results.


The owner and CEO of one of Cincinnati's oldest family-held bakeries has died. Kenneth Fuller Klosterman of the Klosterman Baking Company Inc. joined the family business in the late 1950s. The bakery traces its origins back to Germany in the 1800s. By 1892, it was established in the Cincinnati area.


In 1963, legendary singer Clara Ward and her gospel singers performed alongside the Dukes of Dixieland on the album We Gotta Shout! The album has long been hailed for breaking down cultural barriers. Now, a local jazz orchestra and an all-star gospel choir are taking the stage to do it again.
