Ann Romney: Ohio will play a big role in upcoming election

Ann Romney campaigned for her husband today  in the battleground state of Ohio with her first stop at a Hamilton business.  Ohio Lt. Governor Mary Taylor and Cindy McCain were on hand.  Jane Portman also helped warm up the crowd of several hundred at Vinylmax Windows, saying she believes Mitt Romney has the best policy proposals to get the economy moving again.

"I'd like to think of it as we've got six more days to avoid four more years," she said.

When she took the stage,  Ann Romney started by demonstrating how to text a donation to the American Red Cross to help the victims of Superstorm Sandy.

"Our hearts go out to those people that are suffering," she said.  "But it's an amazing thing. This country is such a great country.   What we do as Americans when we all get into trouble--we put aside our differences, we roll up our sleeves and we go and help and do everything we can to alleviate suffering."

Mrs. Romney stressed the importance of Ohio in the upcoming election and also expressed her confidence in her husband, saying he does not fail.
