Metropolitan Sewer District Negotiations

Cincinnati and Hamilton County officials are still trying to negotiate a compromise on bidding and hiring rules related to the Metropolitan Sewer District. The policy disagreements between the city and county are delaying the sewer district’s $3.2 billion overhaul.
