Republicans won control of Congress, Mitch McConnell is almost sure to be the next Senate majority leader, Ohio Governor John Kasich easily sailed to re-election as the GOP won a majority of state governorships. And voters in the District of Columbia voted to legalize recreational marijuana. So now what?
