Innovation is critical to the success of a business, or an individual, coming up with a new product, service, method or procedure. And we’'ve all heard the cliché regarding innovation, that it requires thinking outside the box.

” But is that true, does true innovation result from free-form thinking, brainstorming random ideas until an “Aha!” moment is reached? Or is there a systematic approach to being innovative? Joining us to explore the process of innovation are Troy Hitch, chief innovation officer at Barefoot Proximity, and Drew Boyd, executive director of the Master of Science in Marketing Program at the University of Cincinnati Carl H.
