From left, Doug Emhoff, husband of Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, Harris, President-elect Joe Biden and Jill Biden, on stage together, Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, in Wilmington, Del.

Former Vice President Joe Biden triumphed on Saturday after Pennsylvania was called pushing him over the 270 electoral votes needed to win, amasing a record 74.6 million votes and counting.

While the president-elect, and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris made their acceptance speeches in Wilmington, Del., President Trump still had not conceded the election, making unfounded allegations of voter fraud. The president-elect is now forging ahead with his transition plans.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss those transition plans and President Trump's next move are the Political Junkie Ken Rudin; and University of Oklahoma Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center and Department of Political Science Assistant Professor Rachel Blum, Ph.D.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
