Fears surrounding the coronavirus arrive locally as two students at Miami University are being monitored for symptoms after visiting China.

Meanwhile, in Frankfort, Democratic Governor Andy Beshear offered his first proposed state budget since assuming office in December. Republicans in the General Assembly are cool to some of the spending.

And in Columbus, state lawmakers continue to debate over vouchers that would permit public school students to leave their district schools in order to attend private ones.

Locally, one vertical indoor farm just outside of Cincinnati may become the first to be fully automated.
