Virtual Art Events Inspiring Togetherness While We Socially Distance

Bad Art Night

This week the arts community is spreading hope while encouraging social distancing. Art on the Streets, with support from ArtsWave, is launching a community-wide series of art projects with the message #StayHomeSaveLives.

Meanwhile,Bad Art Nightco-founders Matthew Dayler and Pam Kravetz want to see how you're being creative and staying inspired while you're home. Beginning Wednesday, April 22 at 7 p.m., anything created and shared using the hashtag #UInspireUsAll will be collected and displayed online.

Bad Art Night was created with help from Artworks, the Art Academy of Cincinnati, the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and AGAR.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss #StayHomeSaveLives and Bad Art Night are Art on the Streets Founder Margy Waller; and Bad Art Co-Founder Pam Kravetz.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
