Artist Richard Haas Talks About His Mural "Homage To Cincinnatus" And Its Restoration

    

The seven-story "Homage to Cincinnatus" mural on the north-facing side of the Kroger headquarters downtown is undergoing a full restoration. ArtWorks and the Thomas Melvin Studio are doing the restoration project. Artist Richard Haas was commissioned by Kroger to paint the mural in 1983, to honor the company's 100 year anniversary. Richard Haas is in Cincinnati to review restoration progress of ?"Homage to Cincinnatus,"? and joins us in the studio to discuss his work.

Richard Haas will be giving a lecture, 5:30 to 7:30 pm, June 30 at the 21c Museum Hotel. Space is limited.
