The newest apartment complex at The Banks is now leasing.
"Radius at The Banks" features include high-end wood, granite, and stainless steel finishes, and an outdoor community space with a pool.
Project Executive Dan McCarthy says five of the building's 292 units are already leased.
"We anticipate rapid lease-up on this project," he says. "We've heard through multiple sources that we have much pent-up demand."
Prices range from $1,400 per month to $2,600 per month for the penthouse units.
McCarthy says people will begin moving in in March.
There will also be 18,000 square feet of retail space below Radius and the GE office building.
