More information is expected today into the death of a Seven Hills student who died while trapped in a minivan last month, despite calling 911 twice.

City officials are expected to answer dozens of questions from Kyle Plush's family and council members. They'd hoped for answers two weeks ago when the police chief presented an internal report on the city's response, but many were not satisfied with those findings. A unanimous council is asking for an external review of the incident.

Acting City Manager Patrick Duhaney says the city has met with some third party providers who "can potentially provide an objective analysis of the incident report on the ECS and the District 2 police department response to the Kyle Plush 911 call, and also make recommendations to develop policy procedures for changes," he elaborated.

Officials are also expected to discuss the technology upgrades needed at the city's emergency communications center.
