Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.

The Downtown Pedestrian Task Force has a proposal to make the area of Court Street more vibrant and safer for pedestrians. The Cincinnati committee has submitted a plan to the city, which includes widening sidewalks and removing some parking spaces. Not all neighboring business owners are convinced it's a good idea.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss the proposal are Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) Director of Communications Joe Rudemiller; Derek Bauman; Scott E. Knox Attorney at Law and Task Force Member Scott Knox; and City of Cincinnati Council Member Chris Seelbach.
