On Friday's broadcast, Inskeep will profile some Ohio voters – and then check back with them on Monday for their reaction to the debate.

Inskeep, 48,grew up in Carmel, Ind., and graduated from Morehead State University in 1990. He was hired by NPR in 1996, and joined "Morning Edition" in 2004. His first full-time assignment was covering the 1996 presidential primary in New Hampshire.  He also covered the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
