AP Reporter Jesse Holland to speak at NKU March 16 as part of Six@Six Lecture Series.

This Thursday, as part of its Six@Six lecture series, the Scripps Howard Center for Civic Engagement at Northern Kentucky University will present Race in America: Then and Now, with guest speaker Jesse Holland.

As Race, Ethnicity & Demographics reporter for the Associated Press, Mr. Holland writes on those topics as they impact breaking news, politics and culture. And as the author of The Invisibles: The Untold Story of African American Slaves in the White House and other published works, Mr. Holland has examined little known aspects of American history during our nation's formative years.

Jesse Holland joins us this afternoon to discuss race in America.

Six@Six: Race in America: Then and Now will be held Thursday, March 16 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., in the Griffin Hall Digitorium at Northern Kentucky University. For more information, click here
