Women in Film Cincinnati partners with the Cincinnati Museum of Art to present a free series of acclaimed films directed by and about women.

It is all part of an exhibition entitled "Women Breaking Boundaries" and it is designed to help visitors think critically about the role of gender and diversity and how those issues get represented.

The film series celebrates cinematic pioneers on screen and behind the camera.

Cincinnati Edition speaks with local filmmakers, Editor Jaime Meyers Schlenck; Camera Operator Amy Faust, and Producer-Director Rachel Lyon about the series of films, about Women In Film Cincinnati as well as their own ground-breaking film and TV projects.

The film series is a part Cincinnati Art Museum's program, Moving Images, which celebrates the art of cinema with monthly free screenings.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
