Courier-Journal reporter Joe Sonka on the latest out of Louisville, where protests resumed and two police officers were shot following a grand jury's decision not to indict any of the police officers involved in the shooting that left Breonna Taylor dead.

Cincinnati Enquirer reporter Sharon Coolidge on a resolution at Cincinnati City Hall that ignited some public outrage. Councilwoman Betsy Sundermann proposed that council take a stand against the so-called "defund the police" movement.
