We look at the news affecting Greater Cincinnati and the Tri-state.

Though FC Cincinnati held a ceremonial ground breaking in December for its new soccer stadium, several issues involved in the project are still left unresolved.

The team and Hamilton County continue negotiations about the size and location of a county-funded parking garage. FC Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Ballet are still trying to reach an agreement on a parking lot the team now owns, but the ballet has under a long-term lease. And a preliminary study finds sound from the stadium on game days could be heard inside Music Hall.

Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil says he's laying off 10 deputies, effective March 21, due to funding cuts by the county.

As the faculty strike at Wright State University continues, some classes are being cancelled. And Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin gives his State of the Commonwealth address.
