Photographer C. Smith has been capturing images of people and places from in and around Cincinnati for more than 60 years.
Brian Powers, reference librarian at The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County tells our Jim Stump that an exhibit C. Smith photographs called "Better Than Good" is now open in the main branch downtown and will be the focal point of their Black History Month celebration of the arts.
