Meet Sister Rose Ann Fleming, the academic force behind the Xavier men's basketball team

For three decades, Xavier University'?s Sister Rose Ann Fleming has been a force behind the school's extraordinary academic record for its men's basketball players. Since she started Xavier?'s academic advising program, every player who reached his final year of eligibility has graduated. A new book, Out of Habit: My Life as Xavier University?'s Unlikely Point Guard, tells the story of the woman behind the impressive academic success of Xavier men?'s basketball. It is written with Laura Pulfer, former Cincinnati Enquirer columnist and NPR commentator. All proceeds will benefit the Sr. Rose Ann Fleming Academic Success Endowment. Sister Rose Ann and Laura Pulfer join us to look at this wonderful story.

On Monday Nov. 24, Sister will participate in her first book signing, prior to the Xavier-Murray State game at 7pm at Cintas Center.  The first 3,000 fans will receive a commemorative Sr. Rose Ann Fleming bobblehead and her number will be retired at halftime.
