Students in the Cincinnati Public Schools district are going back to school in-person. The board of education voted Monday night to move to a blended learning model. Under the 1-2-2 model all students will engage in distance learning on Mondays, then half of the students will go to school in-person on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the other half on Thursday and Friday. In-person classes will resume Oct. 5.
Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss what went into the board's decision is WVXU reporter Cory Sharber.
