A newly created commission will review Hamilton County's jury selection and service procedures.
Judge Charles Kubicki says the purpose is to make sure current practices are generating "representative and inclusive juries."
A statement says the commission will "collect and analyze information regarding performance of the jury system to evaluate the representativeness and inclusiveness of the jury source list and the responsiveness of citizens to jury duty summonses."
The commission is made up largely of Hamilton County common pleas judges. A first meeting date isn't set.
