First Step Home Provides Residential Addiction Treatment For Moms & Their Children

Provided

Drug addiction has become epidemic, across the country and here in the Tri-state. And opioid abuse among pregnant women has risen dramatically during the last decade.

Founded in 1992, First Step Home is the only addiction treatment center in Cincinnati that allows children, up to the age of 12, to live with their mothers while they are in treatment. Joining us to discuss treating women and mothers struggling with addiction who have young children are First Step Home President and CEO, Margo Spence; Clinical Director MaryAnn O'Malley; and Reagan, a First Step Home client.

First Step Home's Rose Award Gala takes place this Saturday, May 14, at the Cincinnati Women's Club. For more information, click here.
