Gov. Mike DeWine Talks State Budget, Trump's Tweets And More

Last Thursday, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed the state's two-year operating budget, 17 days after the deadline and hours after a temporary budget expired. DeWine vetoed 25 line items before signing the $69 billion budget.
