On Cincinnati Edition's weekly news review:

New details emerge in the death of a 17-year-old boy held at the Circleville Juvenile Detention Center with other detainees, suggesting that the teen would still be alive had their concerns been addressed.

Enquirer reporter Cameron Knight joins us to talk about his ongoing coverage of that story, and also his follow-up 34 years in the making: a local woman whose story was published all over the country suggesting she had been held up at a cash register by someone wielding a cicada as a weapon.

It turns out, that was not exactly true.

Now we know the full story after Knight tracked down the woman.

In Columbus, meanwhile, former House Speaker Larry Householder (R) is no longer a state representative after his colleagues voted to oust him nearly one year after he was indicted on federal bribery charges.

Ohio Public Radio Statehouse News Bureau Chief Karen Kasler and reporter Andy Chow will be here with updates from the state capital.

And WVXU reporter Jolene Almendarez explains her new 'Round the Corner series, which debuted recently with a focus on the Cincinnati neighborhood of Roselawn.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
