The spread of COVID-19 is causing Ohio businesses in almost every industry to change how they cater to customers.
Governor Mike Dewine has ordered restaurants move to take-out/pick-up only services, groceries stories are cutting hours to ensure shelves can be restocked, and others are closing indefinitely to lower the curve. Some large Cincinnati area banks will operate as usual with contingency plans in place.
- Open for business and has hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and other cleaning items to keep its spaces clean
- The company is limiting employee travel, postponing large events and asking employees who are under the weather to stay home
- The company says it has expanded its leave policies to let employees take care of themselves and family members
- Starting March 21st it will close its lobbies and will move to appointment only services.
- If it closes it will communicate to customers directly details on back-up physical locations and contact information for the bank's partners
- Urging customers to take advantage of its online banking services
- The bank is offering defferal payment programs on vechile, credit card, mortgage and other services. Contact your local bank to participate.
- Customers who are experiencing hardships can reach out to the bank for assistance
- Employees can potentially have access to alternative work locations
