Local Lyft Rider Assaulted, New Kroger Opens, And CPS Seeks Safety For Pedestrians

A local musician saw his career come to an end in the aftermath of an assault at the hands of a Lyft driver in New York City. Now the SCPA grad is suing Lyft.

Cincinnati Public Schools becomes the first district in the nation to adopt Vision Zero, a national effort to improve safety for pedestrians. But, a day after the unanimous vote by the school board, a student and his mother were hit by a car.

The first Kroger location in downtown Cincinnati since 1969 opened this week and the city is abuzz with excitement.
