Tom Waits begins the second set followed by Dr. John, Garland Jeffreys, and Ry Cooder. And the show ends with songs by Delbert McClinton, Susan Tedeschi, Jonny Lang, and Jimi Hendrix's version of "The Star Spangled Banner."
