All you want to know about outdoor grilling and cooking for the summer

Finally, warm weather is here, and for many that means it’s time to fire up the grill. You may choose to stick with the traditional hamburgers and hot dogs, or maybe you’re ready to get a bit more inventive and adventurous with what, and how, you cook outdoors this summer. To provide us with some great tips and advice on how to get the most out of your grill are Leigh Barnhart Ochs, director of The Cooking School at Jungle Jim's International Market; Jeff Sheldon, chef instructor at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State; and William Brohaugh, owner of Countermoon Editorial and author of The Grill of Victory. Bill also wrote about grills and grilling for an upcoming issue of Cincinnati Magazine.
