Helping Those With Eating Disorders Navigate The Holidays

While many people rejoice in the large amounts of food present at holiday gatherings, those with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating may struggle with it. Not only is food a trigger, but the stress of being around so many people and family members can sometimes add to the problem.
